Owner, Paula Phillips was born and raised in farm country in Limerick, Ireland. Coming from a family that ran a working farm she was surrounded by animals including dogs her entire life. Her love and compassion for dogs took her down a path that included training, dog shows, dog grooming & nutrition.
Once leaving her homeland to live in the states she became even more involved in the world of dogs. Paula has been grooming dogs for over 30 years. Along with being a Professional Dog Groomer she is a Professional Dog Handler, and an AKC/UKC Show Judge. Paula also teaches group and private dog conformation show handling classes, as well as, AKC Canine Good Citizen Obedience Classes.
Shamrock Professional Dog Grooming & Dog Waste Removal was opened by Paula and her husband Tom Phillips in the fall of 2008.
