GROOMING SERVICE POLICY: VERY IMPORTANT.
Our grooming services are by appointment only.
We DO NOT take walk-ins for grooming services, however, we gladly take walk-ins for nail cilpping.
Our main focus is to get your dog groomed as soon as possible. We run a tight ship and our polices help us stay on schedule. We serve several clients and take pride in getting your dog fully groomed, fresh and clean. It is very important for us to contact you as soon as your dog is fully groomed and ready.
We ask that you DO NOT call or stop in to check on your dog, it can get the dogs excited and delay the service, which in turn delays everyones services.
We cannot afford the interruptions as it slows our operations. You can rest assured we will call you as soon as your dog is fully groomed to our high standards.

Should the need arise and you have to cancel a scheduled visit, simply call us and let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will be happy to accommodate and schedule a new visit. A 24 hour notice is appreciated.
Because there are no contracts to sign, cancellation of service is easy and quick. Simply call us and we will stop service immediately. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this policy!
OUR WINTER POLICY:
During winter months; December through March, please keep in mind that with fresh snow it is harder to find all pet waste.
We may find waste that is visible but frozen into hard snow and ice which can be difficult to remove, but we do our best to leave your yard as waste free as the elements will permit.
As always we will work hard to remove any waste missed on prior visits.
